The private lagoon project in the northeast of Brazil has started! After one year of no progress, it finally started with the development of on smaller lagoon and few houses close to it. There are several phases to develop the area to a beautiful, exclusive playground for kiters. In the future the area will have a big 750x650m lagoon, a cable park and a smaller, private VIP lagoon.
Testing the winds on the first to come lagoon  Here the first houses will be build  The water is just under the surface, making it easy to build the lagoons.  This road will lead to the lagoon area.  Nice ocean view, and nothing can be build in front, only another, big lagoon!  Comments
