Im thinking of going to Capo Verde mid February for a week or so, looking for any information on wind conditions/temperature/good beaches etc. also anyone else heading that way and looking for a travelling partner...

Yucatan post Wilma...

Does any one have recent information on the state of kite locations on the Yucatan coast. Im planning a trip there for a month mid december and im determined not to cancel... Im sure they could do with the support of tourism. Im especially looking for news on Holbox and specifically Casa Las Tortuga...

Any news on Holbox, I have a trip planned there for late december, hoping I can still keep my plans.... I think the local economy needs support and Im still planning to spend my money there....

Anyone got news on Isla Holbox, I have a trip planned to the yucatan coast for christmas and new years at holbox, hoping to still have a hotel to stay at.... Any info on conditions of the island and other kiting areas on the coast is appreciated.

well you won't get the party atmosphere there. there are only a few bars and restaurants there, or at least there was when i was there in january 04. the most popular area is around the full moon beach resort, where most of the kiters hang out. Hi, im planning a trip to Mexico mid december for about a month. Plan to stay in Holbox for a week over NY and travel the coast for the rest of the time.
