Re: What is your wave quiver?

I agree with the post about “ who cares the brand “ unless its a unique material or concept. Im 6 foot and weigh 200. I ride 9 and 7 meter. Sometimes a 12. Five six rounded squash with volume. Cush skinned epoxy board Wax mat traction set on every board 25 to 29 liters and a thick 36 liter light win...

Re: Caution Kites?

I noticed the Caution site is still in 2016?
Anyone know if they are still producing?
I need to talk to them about a potential board collab.

Re: Brunotti S-Tech Boards

and yeah the flexy fin thing is odd unless you are concerned about safety.
There are safe fins with silicone edges from surfco that are actually very high performance.
But no floppy fins for me...im with ya.

Re: Brunotti S-Tech Boards

There are a lot of variables---obviously. eps core is the foam in the center of the board. I can't speak for brunotti's boards but I know the lay up of the CUSH surfboards is not depending on the eps for it's structural strength. On my CUSH boards 1/8 of divinycell under the deck redistributes load ...

Re: Open competition: silliest questions on Kiteforum

just for fun.

why would anyone make a kite foiling video and think that slow motion would make it look any more exciting?

why are all surfboards hard yet every creature in the ocean that is fast and nimble is soft-ish...the fastest animal in the water is 'soft' not hard like a crab.

Re: The Video Topic - post all videos here

Product demo test in the Pacific Northwest. Jetty island near Seattle. 60 degree water. Wax Mat peel and stick traction. Really impressive grip. In this case the wax mat was applied to the hybrid soft skin wrap of a Cush tech composite board. The soft skin and wax mat grip was a solid combo. Definit...

Re: Brunotti S-Tech Boards

If you want a soft high performance board you will need to check these out. EPS foam and epoxy glass surfboard....wrapped with a 1/8" cushy aerospace material that is soft but will not absorb water or look ugly and ragged like EVA foam will do in short time. imagine your car steering wheel. Its soft...
