This is a homemade carbon bar (old windsurfing boom) with a swiveling cam-cleat. It can be cleated in or out at any position with the slightest twist of the bar. These are complete rubbish have to start from a dock, no restart from the water once you stop, when you stop it sinks and you`re left to swim in with an aluminium donkey, albeit a light weight one. we got one for no wind days and it broke after 20mins cos it bottomed out in 18 inches of water.
