Stretching. Not really exercise but usually hard to find time to do and improved flexibility reduces the risk of injury.

Isn't that a question more about your board? Put a keel on it and see that sucker go.
But the max would probably be slightly less then normal to your kite lines when you fly it at the edge of the window, right?

@shymac Why not ad a section on the homepage with problems/solutions, modifications and tips from the end users? One thing that I wonder about is which part of the kite is the weakest if you are brining it out with stronger lines? Still the lines (not talking worn lines) or chicken loop or attachmen...

Thanks for all the replies. I've had my eyes on the Cab release but thought it still might release if the red thing snags since it is quite big.
