Check out King Snowglider. I think 2003 model was one of the first snowboards designed only for kiting. Disadvantage is that you cannot really use this board for anything else than kiting, but what disadvantage is that? ;) Anyway, more information from King web-site: http://www.kingkiteboarding.de/e...

Note that you better not open any executable attachments (.scr .exe .pif etc.) even though the sender might be someone you know - your mom, boss hey it can even be Toby! Keep your anti-virus program updated (or get a non-MS operating system). Oh and since there are also more and more nasty worms spr...

And others just live with the jellyfish, as it works okay for most riders with or without jellyfish... Does not matter to me much anyway. Yeah, when you know your kite you can pretty much avoid jellyfishing. At least with my Airblast I can quickly pull both the front lines with my hand if I see the...

Dreambar 2003 chicken loop quick release doesn't work!

IKO has acknowledged that there have been several close to accident situations when Dreambar's chicken loop quick release hasn't released properly. It is a pin-release system, but the loops connected by the pin are made from too thick line - both loops are made from the line of same thickness. The l...

Bladder problem - someone ought to do something!

We've all at least heard of these - most of us experienced at least some problems with the bladders... Wipika 2001 (maybe also 2002?) bladders exploding, Cabrinha included spare bladders with the 2002 kites, new Takoon Wook bladders fail from the seams... There are lot of them. Is there anyth...

I have now fixed my Airblast LE bladder at least four or five times. This time I think I got the bastard nailed. You really have to pump the bladder quite full as the others already said. And bend it to increase the pressure in parts of the bladder which are under water. I now found one really large...

We all who have tried both foils and inflatables know that foils fly and turn slower than inflatables. It's a fact but it doesn't make other better than another. :advise: They are different type of kites and should be flewn in different situations, by different kind of people and for different purpo...

:thumb: Yeah, I also bought a two-line stunt kite for my six year old last Christmas. But that darn thing is too fast even for me.. The next thing I'm going to buy him is a 1,5 m2 two-line foil kite. My friend's four year old has flewn the same kite alread a while now. A two year old will enjoy flyi...

Hi Really nice thread indeed... I have a wife (married for six years) and three kids. Ever been on a beach with three small kids (ages 1, 3 and 6)? Not quite relaxing... So taking wife and kids to the beach and letting your wife take care of the kids while you kite is not an option. Also, my wife ta...

Sorry, PMU, but I'm not a "ram-lover". I'm just blade-lover ;) But also an inflatable-lover. But you... you're just being racist. In water I only use inflatables, Airblast at the moment. On winter I use my good old Blade II for snowkiting. I was almost 100% certain that you would reply on this with ...
