At the risk of sounding like a broken record as I have stated this elsewhere, my biggest concern is that the EZ-pump system with a leak in a strut will cause the leading edge to deflate. Without EZ-pump I can fly a kite with a leaky strut back to the beach. I can't say the same of a kite with a def...

Final Finish - HELP!

Currently I lay up the glass, put it under vacuum and than paint the board with automotive paint. I've been trying to get away from the painting as it's time consuming and doesn't hold up. When the board comes out of the vacuum the finish is not perfectly smooth. How do I achieve this? Is it the pee...

It depends on how much water got into the core after the hole occurred. Most boards use a high density foam core and when the water penetrates the core, the core will disintegrate which causes the high density foam to loose its strength. Another option for repairing the board is to fill the hole wit...

That was my suspicion, friction from crossed lines. Just extend your leader lines coming off the bar for the front and back lines with some thicker spectra line to just past the point where they cross when you do spin tricks. The friction will than be on the leader lines and not your main lines. Yo...

Re: Waroo 2007

Any independant rewievs on the 07 Waroo? I am interested in hearing about the 11 and 7m. I have two 2007 Waroos - a 9 and an 11 and they're awesome kites. They fly nice, are very stable, jump good and have just the right amount of bar pressure. Awesome kites in the waves too. You can't go wrong wit...

Somewhere between 14" and 16" of distance between your inner screws on your footstraps. I ride 15" but on wider boards you may want to go a little wider as it helps to control the board. The board I ride is 36cm wide so 15" feels comfortable for me.

If you find a board that rides chop good, let us all know!!! Don't get me wrong here, the board is still by far better than any production board I've ridden in the chop and it does cut through the chop but I'm trying to make it even better :thumb: I really heavy chop it does start to bounce a bit m...
