Check out the session harness! for a complete description. For me the best harness I ever had! it comes with optional legstraps. I ride usually without them but on a high-end session they rock! Lots of back-support to. Also the new mystic war...

After a couple of pounding sessions I had the chance to take the 12 OR one out for a whole weekend of low-end riding. My buddy was out on a 16m C and we were skeptical about me riding on my 12 meter bow. I took my old 160 picklefork and I was actually going upwind faster then my buddy! The wind was ...

IMO don't go bigger. It is not much harder to learn on a 1,40 board but might be able to have fun on it for a longer period. another way is to go for the 1.55 and keep it as a ligfhtwind board as your skills improve. There are a few brands out there that sell nice bowkites close to a $1000 (Best, Oceanrodeo, LF) and m...

A nice solution might be the session harness from ocean rodeo. It has all the benefits of the waist (freedom of movement / stylish etc.) But it comes with legstraps to make sure the harness never rides up. You can totally adjust the height to make sure you wont crack your ribs. check it out. http://...
