Re: Triton Foils releases the first accessible monowing: Triton T1

Hello everyone, I'm getting a few requests for adapters compatible with the Triton. Technically the Slingshot adapter will work, but the stiffest connection will be a direct connect. I had a client modify the front hole on his wing to be a slot, and directly mounted his Project Cedrus mast. The hol...

Mast length?

Is there any consensus on mast length? I am new at this winging but not foiling. I am ordering a new mast but I am a little confused as to length. I am thinking 80cm, however l am considering a 90cm. I am riding a 70cm currently and not really liking it. I ride a 90cm mast kite foiling and like it. ...

Re: Winging with knee replacements

Ok this is what is working for me. When I drag myself onto the board I go from my belly to my knees side saddle with my feet hanging over the windward side. I quickly place my front foot to the center line and stand up onto both feet with very little lag time standing on the rear leg. Hanging my fee...

Winging with knee replacements

As an older guy, windsurfing, kiteboarding, kitefoiling. I want to give wingfoiling a shot. Problem is I have two knee replacements. I can’t kneel on my board for very long and pushing up with one leg is not easy. I can do it but pain makes balance difficult. Is there anyone who has knee replacement...

Anybody riding the stock 2018 Naish THRUST KS 1 foil only? I haven’t seen one in the wild.

Anyone riding the KS1 Naish foil?

I am looking for feedback on the 2018 Naish THRUST KS 1 foil. I am really curious if anyone has put a THRUST SURF medium wing on it, if so did you change out the stabalizer too?

Any feed back?

Thanks

Re: Any veteran partial knee replacement kiters out there?

I had total knee replacement on both knees at the same time five years ago. My doc is a kiter and all around jock. He gave me the go ahead for kiting 3 1/2 months out. I live and ride in the Gorge and spend my winters in Baja. Ride directionals both strapped and strap less. I am now taking up foilin...

Re: 2017 Naish Pivot

I got my 2017 Pivots late yesterday afternoon. I was able to get out on my 6m here in the Gorge in very gusty winds for about an hour. I honesty can't say that there is a dramatically huge difference from my 2015 6m kite. But then again it was not a good day for testing. Or maybe it was because the ...
