I used this company http://www.direct-travel.co.uk for nearly 7 years now for kitesurfing and snowkiting to europe, far east, egypt and usa. I broke my toe when in usa and they sort it out with no problem it cost nearly $3000 for hospital/doctor bill . Make sure you mention kitesurfing.
