Re: Best GP 11m ?

The 11m is my favorite size. Faster than the 13m, but the unhooking ability is off the charts. I work for Best so I'm biased :D With C-kites it's super important to space them closely together when you build out your quiver. Jumping from a 9m to a 13m isn't recommended. Trimming the depower is a hug...

Re: Issues with brand new Best Kiteboarding TS v3 2014

Hi, I'll continue to communicate via email instead of this thread so that our conversation is consolidated and we don't have to jump back in forth. The response time will be faster as well :thumb:

Re: Issues with brand new Best Kiteboarding TS v3 2014

Like a previous poster mentioned, LE twists can happen that are not caused by the bladder but rather the LE stitching. They are defects, albeit very rare defects and are accepted as warranty. The way we can tell if there is a warranty case is exactly as one poster described below: "You can check if ...

Re: Best GP 2013 Bar settings

Hi again, I've got an update for you. The Y-height for the 2013 GP Bar is 5m (lines are 23m long). Hope this helps! If you're underpowered and the back lines are too long, you can always try trimming them until you hit the sweet spot as long as you don't overcompensate. Let us know how it goes. For ...

Re: Best GP 2013 Bar settings

Hi Eure Herrlichkite, I can help out with some of the issues you're experiencing. First off, just to address your North bar, you want to make sure all lines are even when fully powered/sheeted in. I know it's obvious, but some times it's a helpful reminder! Also, the Y-length does makes a difference...

Re: Best 2014 RP Bar

I work for Best so I can help clarify! The 2014 RP Bar is a single line flagging system. The benefits (which I'm sure you're aware of) is the 100% depower when flagging out and the ease of wrapping your lines when you self-rescue without any chance of the kite powering back up. We also have a ball o...

REAL Kiteboarding Video- "The Slick"

Hey guys, I've had trouble uploading the movie onto kiteforum.tv so I took the liberty of putting it on google video instead. Anyways, I made this movie after a brief summer working at REAL Kiteboarding in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. All the riders in this video were/are current kiteboarding inst...

I'm not too familiar with the recon system on your CO2, but generally speaking, a kite will always be a bitch to relaunch if there isn't enough wind.
