Wind up ya waist... Toeside is quite an unnatural position compared to heelside, you need to twist your lower body upwind, to ride real smooth toeside its almost to the point of exaggeration, make sure your shoulders point the direction you want to go. Have you looked at Donjoy, they make some really solid braces for knee injuries and you can use them in the water, I had an MCL injury a month before I went on a kiting holiday. I got one of these and strapped it up tight every day on the water and it did the trick, stopped my knee rotating and any ...

Right.... I geddit.... so it just puts the kite on its front lines spilling the power. Is that a single line to the front line attachment point or is there some kind of bungee to account for when you pull in the trim strap?
