Yes, move the pigtails on your kite to the upwind tab and move the bridle knot to the knot marked upwind.

The closer your front and rear lines are to each other the heavier your bar pressure will be. So for the lightest bar pressure set your rear pigtails on the fast setting (tab closest to the trailing edge) and set your front line bridles on the upwind setting. If you go with anything from the 10.5 to the 5m the Medium bar will do if you only want one bar IMHO. I always fly small bars so I use the Wainman Small bar on my 5m-12m.

Looks like its the same length Joe, have not seen it in person yet but from the pictures I have seen it appears that there is the same quick release and upper nylon webbing. Also the new bar is auto orientating, the ball that was above the nylon webbing is now fits inside the bottom of the bar.

Just use some solar resin/ sun cure. Scuff it up a bit, apply the resin, sand it down once its cured. Takes about 5 minutes to set up.

I'm interested to buy a surfboard. What about the 2011 Wainman surfboards (Magnum) strength? Did someone had an inexplicable break, or any complaines? Thanks Been loving my 6'0" Magnum out on the Oregon coast. Have not had any real clean wave sessions with it yet but a bunch of head high and smalle...
