The place where we ride in Leblon is right between Ipanema and Leblon (called "Canal do Leblon"), and there is almost nobody there, specially when the wind is SW.

Here in Rio the wind is blowing NE almost every day at this time. 15 to 17 knots. Barra da Tijuca is not so far from Copacabana and is easy to take a bus from Copacabana to there. When the wind is NE that´s the right place to go, but when the wind is SW, we use to go to Leblon beach. Very ne...

Is that easy to find a place to stay there?
Any suggestion on where to stay? (not expensive).

I´ve seen a lot of Naish kites exploding whilst flying in the air, Cabrinhas lacerate in air...
My north r4 never exploded and I had no problem with them.

Natal (I mean Pirangi, Sao Miguel do Gostoso and Barra do Cunhau beaches) is the right place for you to go in NE Brazil.
August is perfect.
A lot of flights comming from Portugal (about 5 hours).
Personally, there is the best spot in Brazil.

No wax.
The more rough surface is better to adhere water, so you have a water layer under the board in contact with the water field you ride.
It means more speed.

Is that Barra do Cunhaú (southeast Brazil)?
