I have always heard you get a far better rate with a CC at the ATM than when exchanging cash but never compared myself. Who did? there's less water in the lagoons but I think there's even more wind this year because of the little rain
I usually have more square meters for myself in the Taiba lagoon than in Cauipe, which is bigger but has more kites per 100 m2

be careful yoiur flight to Lisboa is a real TAP one, and not one they outsource, or you might have to pay for your golf bag to Lisboa.
