Re: What’s the best board you have ever tried?

Still, just like the Wipika Airblast was a huge gamechanger in terms of speed and windrange and jumping ability and everything in 2001, the Wipika Olry was too IMO. 8) Peter The airblast was the first kite that felt modern, you could ride it today. The Waroo 2 was the first bridled kite that felt '...

Re: pop slack free riding

Vegas on freeride. That's what I ride ... vegas 12m, screamer 10m, torch 8m and bandit 7m. Torch jumps are like rockets up, then drops you down like a sack of shit. Screamer is fun, bandit is smooth but a bit flappy, vegas is nice. Good jumps, easy to depower with edging. Fun ride.

Re: What's the best thing about kite surfing?

I think the best thing about kitesurfing is that it turns what 95% of the people in the world consider shitty conditions in to perfect conditions. There is also something super zen about the wind / wave combo that's hard to describe. I got out the other day after a super gusty session on my 8m torc...

Re: F One Bandit 2015 high Y or low Y

I would say absolutely you can. Difference is very small and if anything in low Y pull to the kite comes from better angle. This does not mean high Y and low Y bars are interchangeable because frontline/backline lengths may not be same (very probably they aren't) and they can not been measured in s...

F One Bandit 2015 high Y or low Y

Stupid question, but can i ride a 7m f-one 2015 with a low Y bar? Is it better with a high Y and if so, what is the distance from the kite to the Y?

Thanks 😀😀😁

I am super stoked to try this kite.

Re: Len10 - Captain Carbon

All of his best work was done around 2009-2013. Just before he jumped ship to Best. Nothing truly mind blowing since then on the water, of course his recovery from cancer is both impressive and an upbeat relief. He's an icon for sure, but echoing the post about how nothing has changed in the last d...

Boosting - bar motion and sheeting

I'm always looking to boost higher ... so I took a look at Lewis Cratherns videos on how to boost. In one of the videos he talked about how he sheets the bar out to where he can just feel the kite 'bite'. This sends the kite further around the window, then he gets 100% speed, then he swings the kite...
