Re: Woo Sports Updates?

Thanks for your reply Aleks! I actually just got a Garmin watch especially for using it with a Woo, just need to buy a Woo now :D :D The other option that i was considering was the apple watch, but i thought it would be too fragile to be use in the water + sand, especially considering the crashes :...

Re: Apple Watch Apps compared for Freeriding

Here are a few screenshots from the watch and Fitness app with track: IMG_0025.PNG IMG_0031.PNG IMG_0032 2.PNG Looks awesome! I can’t wait to try it on the water! Visibility shouldn’t be an issue with bold letters and the cool highlight. I like the integration to display the tracks. Good job EDIT: ...

Re: Apple Watch Apps compared for Freeriding

What you said makes a lot of sense. You kite a lot like you mentioned so you probably have good judgement on what could be good to include. I think I’ll repeat the metrics someone else mentioned already since I agree with them and I mainly care about jumps while riding. This is the list IMHO: Last j...

Re: Apple Watch Apps compared for Freeriding

@Aleks Things I'd want on screen. - Current time - Wind speed/wind direction for the current spot - Time on the water - Max speed - Distance - Heart rate. But I'm not sure if I'd want them all at once on the screen, the info needs to be visible in a quick glance. Thanks! Most fields are already pla...

South Padre in late May/early June

Am I gonna get skunked if I go for 3 days? I have a 12m and a 9m and i'm not looking for any crazy waves but to...

Re: Megaloop technique question...

In order to get the kite to be below you during the loop a lot of people use shorter lines. You can try doing the same. Good luck!

2008 Best Spark for light wind days?

Hi All, I'm looking to get a 2008 Spark board. I already have a 2006 North Jaime Pro (127 by 37.5) and I ride a 12m Switchblade and a 9m Waroo. I want to get an extra board for light wind days to use with my 12. I weigh 160 pounds. Would a 140x43cm Spark board work for that purpose? Does it have goo...
