Re: 2008 North Vegas 12 vs. 14m2 and 9 vs. 10? Lowend etc?

Eck, thank you very much for the info, you helped a lot! Is there a big difference in 10's and 12's top end unhooking windrange? I might get a 10m2 to compliment my 12 if the 10 has 'remarkably' more usable high end for unhooked riding. What's your gestimate on what kind of winds you feel too much p...

2008 North Vegas 12 vs. 14m2 and 9 vs. 10? Lowend etc?

hi guys, currently I have Vegas 12m2 08 and I was thinking abt how much lowend performance would I get from 14m2? I weigh 78kg. And is 14 much slower than the 12 and if you have other thoughts on them, pls pls post them. And also how is the 9 and 10m2, ie. lowend and highend and is one size 'better'...

Re: 2008 Nobile foot pads

well I have the opposite opinion on the board and pads: I (78kg) ride the 132x41 08 as well and I think the board handles the chop suprisingly well; it's softer than the 07 and is easier to ride. I've ridden the board in quite messy chop over 30 knots (real knots) and was suprised by the comfortabil...

Your thoughts on 2008 Vegas 9m2?

hi all, I have recently bought the 12m Vegas 08 and it's a brilliant kite for newschool and even for oldschool stuff as well. I'm thinking of 9m2 Vegas to complement the 12m, but I have only briefly tested the 9m2 in it's top end range and it didn't give me the clear picture. So, have you tested the...

2008 straps and pads are new ones and they are really good! The straps are big enough: my foot is 43 and no problems whatsoever with shoes on, there's plenty of room for much bigger foot... The pads are also different from previous versions: they are white and have air tunnels in them because otherw...

oh no :(

The pads seemed to be THE pads and I hoped that LF would've made them stronger but I guess not then.

I saw that Hadlow etc. are using these so thought they would be the ants nuts...?

Liquidforce lux pads: problems with air escaping under heel?

Thinking abt buying the pads, but I remember reading that some have had bad expreriences regarding the luxury pads because after some hard landings / use the air pocket goes flat as the air escapes, and after that the pads are pretty much useless.

Anyone had this happened?

good winds and thanks!

Puetz,

what exactly is the problem? Is it the T-piece or the bladders giving up?

correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the problem from the bad batch of T-pieces so the early ones had the bad pieces and therefore they broke quite systematically? The later batches were assembled with the correct T-pieces and at least I haven't had any problems with the system...

good winds!
