Low wind C

I´m well aware that there are other options for lighter days but hey. I love C kites. So, what C kite in what size do you guys find to be the best balance between grunt and speed. Still fast enough to have fun on and grunty enough to get going without to much of a fuzz. Would appreciate if anyone ha...

Re: Delta shape the shape of the future?

toyletbowl, Sure will take the new SB for a spin. Always interesting to try new gear. And the day I enjoy flying it more then what I'm currently on I might buy a few. I'm not impossible. I just ride whatever I fancy no matter what brand or shape it is. One day I might, but it's not my cup of tea at ...

Re: Delta shape the shape of the future?

dear driver. Indeed, cabs have finally put together some good looking gear this year with some features I've been waiting for since bowkites first hit the market. Though some of these features are new to cabs they are not new to the industry. Who made them when and under what name and patent doesnt ...

Re: Noboard / Nofish - strapless snowkiting

I doubt that it will work on hardpack....

But if you´re that keen on going strapless on snow, all you need to do is build an oversized snowdeck. I see a few ways of doing this in my head...

Some quite interesting to be honest.

cheers for another wierd idea...

Re: Anyone ride a Mako Wide with Bindings?

I say give it a go! It rides like a snowboard and we ride snowboards with boots. So it sort of makes sense ;) Perhaps not from a wakestyle point of view. But who cares really. If bindings make you happy. Use them no matter what board you like. I'd drop a line to the OR guys to make sure the board wo...

Re: Custom control bars

I used to make loads of mods on my bars. Most of them simple like changing chickenloops and depowerstraps to the ones I like but also custom lines and releases. It's nice to have things my way... Though I got a bit lazy and found a few stock bars that meet my demands with just some simple pigtail mo...

Re: 5th LINE 60 % PROBLEM & 40 % HELP

Like every other system it has its pro's and con's. I'm back on 5line C's from SLE's and will probably never swap again. Never is a strong word. But I'm pretty confident. It requiers a certain approach when setting up and moving the kite around on land. But once you get the hang of it, it's not wors...

Re: How to sneak past British Airways' surfing ban?

Not saying this would work either... But I flew BA last week with a bag 170x45x20. Been away snowboarding... No problems at all. Suppose they would be a bit puzzled if you bring your snowboardbag to egypt though ;) The only rules I had for sporting goods was: No more then 23kgs... And that was ontop...
