Smaller sized Arcs (630, 840) and heavier riders (90 kg plus) and extremely gusty conditions create a lot of load per sqm of Fabric in small kites. This can lead to uneven stretching which is the main reason for the collapsing (the kites fabric stretches more then the trailing edge trim) - et voila....
