Re: Electric kite pump

We sell new pumps and are a factory authorized repair center for Scoprega Bravo pumps. The manual mod will work for awhile but eventually the low stage fan will seize since it has no bearings. Like Spork says best to replace the fan and switch together instead of going to trouble of the manual mod. ...

Re: Serious Kite loop

If anyone could pull that off it would be Martin. I've seen him do similar ones at Waddell years ago. Remember he was 3x world champion, brought the handlepass to kiting and pushed the limit of waveriding before anyone. Check the video clip in the download section of his website at varikites.com

Re: Vari kites?

If you can make it to Oahu Jeff Tobias can give you a personal demo. They fly nicely and are well built and straighforward. No gimmicks just a nice hard pull and quick turning. Good for waves or flatwater.

They are available here: http://offdal.stores.yahoo.net/01-vcondor.html

Top half of proof sheet cut off last message, so here are more photos. The 5-8 is similar to a Stretch but has a wing swallow tail and flatter rocker.

ptraykovski, The first couple boards in the URL below are quads developed in Hawaii specifically for waveriding. You can see it in action in the attached photos. The 5-8 has an option for thruster also. We've found the 5-8 to be able to make more turns per wave and its also able to make turns mid fa...

I would say the 11 especially since you ride surfboards. The 11 has a ton of low end, I think the 13 may be too big. What is your weight? I have been using the 9 and 11 and it covers everything. The sizes seem close but they really are not. Another thing about the REV is its light weight. It will st...

5th Line Extension for Machine

SS recommends extending the 5th line pigtial 36 cm. This worked for the 20.5 but I haven't tested it on the 17.5 so I'm not sure if the length is the same. To check, at max power settings there should be a slight bow in the 5th line.

You will note a marked increase in power!
