Injury update from Marc:

MCL complete tear, but in the best place to break. To heal fast and can heal on its own.
ACL and PCL mild tear can heal on its own too.
Meniscus seems Allgood.

And ankle only badly sprained.

Looking at around 6-8weeks of water.

I will post all I can get, but don't assume it will be many more.
