Re: Zeeko Spitfire Hydrofoil

awesome 👍 your stance seems so much more natural then most foil surfers I can't wait for carbon mast and even bigger wings for slow surfing canard style. Seems like most surf foils are going to huge sizes now 1300cm2 to 2800cm2 front wings some with 65,70cm + wing spans that require so much weight f...

Re: Freeride kite for hydrofoiling

I think a well reinforced mid aspect delta shape with consistent pull and progressive depower is best for freeride foiling in high winds. Btw Plummet what line length are you running on your Reo 6m and Uno 4m? I really don't enjoy my Reo 6m for foiling it's awesome for strapless surfing but I think ...

Re: Moses 2018

It still sounds like the 550 and 590 don't differ that much, and the moses Onde 633 or 683 surf/sup might be better step from the 550. Will the Onde wings work with Fluente and Vorace masts and fuselage? I'm new to Moses foils but so far I actually like the HP560 better than the 550 it seems more s...

Re: Light LEI kites c",)

Ozone Reo V4 12M is a fantastic foiling and wave kite IMO it only weighs 6.7lb that's only 8oz more than the Airush Ultra 12M by my calculations but doesn't have some of the limitations of some lightweight one strut and no strut kites such as limited relaunch and wind range especially in deepwater a...

Re: Zeeko Spitfire Hydrofoil

it's very strong I've hit sand bars with no damage and rocks with just scratches. wings are easy to fix but also the parts are very reasonable and should you need spares. I always have the spitfire with me when travelling it's tough handles a wide range of conditions and has a huge wind range especi...

Re: Shinn El Stubbo

more surf feeling than a skim especially with 4 fins jumps strapless ok and pretty fun. great alternative to surfboard when there is a lot of seaweed and in shallow onshore conditions. also pretty much bullet proof mine is always in the truck.

try olive oil spray. I'm not kidding it's cheap and works well and last longer than you might expect.

Re: Hydrofoil as a carry on for airlines

I travel all the time with Spitfire standard and XLW wings in my carry on without issues. masts are too large for carry on and fuselage could look like a weapon.
