From those two, i would go for Airrush Lift. I don't ride those kites but I have got friends that ride both and 2003 Lift really impressed me. Quality is (even) better than 2002 and i had a very impressive jumping session...

I agree 100%: One board is the way to go. That's why i tried and went to the fat & short. I now ride a 125x39 with a huge concave and 4x6cm fins. Now I have much more fun and extended my wind range (much better when riding the 17m size and lost nothing in the high end 11,5 size). It's a little more ...

Dwight, Is the R4 still a grunty? X3 was said to be much less grunty but as it came out, it isn't (enough). Thanks! Nice review! I think you are taking the right attitude not to mention the other brand. This is the only way to try to focus on what is important. I have done that in a board threat and...

Looks really nice! From the first impressions, looks better than the Recon!
- Line tangling (another 30m line to mess around and at the L.E.)
- How do you adapt it to any kite?
Promising, but definitly some testing is required...

I would definitly like to try them and they must be better, of course. My point is: is it worth the money? Is the span-line a real improvement or marketing and another point-of-trouble? From what i understand, segmentation and building quality improvements that allow more pressure are a great help i...

Hi, I am not planning to change my Skoop2s... I see no reason to do it. The only improvements are: - building quality: always welcome! but skoop2 is already very good! - the span-line: is it a improvement or a marketing s#*t?. Skoop2 is a very, very good kite. The more i ride them, the more i like t...

Hi, I would add that if you are starting from scratch, start by setting the four lines with the same length with the depower adjuster fully released (max power setting) and the bar at the middle of it's course. I had to change my front lines the other day and did this and i had to do no more adjustm...

Hi, I heard that the 2004 Skoops will have a more segmented leading edge and the span-line (found in the mamoot) will appear on the smaller sizes. Yes, rigid seems to be the goal (without sacrificing performance). The new Wook will be out in October. About grunty vs non-grunty, i learned to kite in t...

Hi, Two SkoopII, no problems with air leaks. I had other problems and i got the best support from the Takoon importer here in Portugal that is possible. A friend of mine had problems of air leaking in the bladders in his Wooks and got spares from takoon. The more i ride my SkoopIIs, the more i love ...
