I would seriosly think to get the SA version. a 14 is targeted do fly in light winds, and in ALL flysurfer the SA version have a significant improvement in light winds. Expecially considering that that the new SA cloth is way more resistant than older SA (too fragile) Here in Italy there is already...

1) yes. I have done it on my Pulse2 8m, but you need to install FDS line since the FLS line is too tick and will not fit into the middle hole of the chicken loop. 2) useless on water for your weight, low end not low enough, but on snow (winter) you could gain an extra 1-2 knot 3) can not really answ...

can someone explain the pros/cons of having 3 struts versus 5 like other kites.
I am looking at the nano, but wonder why there are 3 struts only

I used this kite in 9m twice this summer in gusty conditions from above 20knots to 35. Used in 1:1 mode (no pulley). Eat gusts, awesome stability, 7 struts and robust, lacks of bit power versus other models same size likle SB, very forgiving. It has all the features a beginner needs. Stick on it for...
