Re: Kiteboarding kit advise (Heavy rider)

If you live in a light wind area and are +100 kgs and know how to kite and are not interested in hydrofoiling, you should really try an Ozone Edge 19 with 30-34m lines on a fast flat rocker LW board, it is a lot of fun. It has way more power than any 17m tube kite and lets me often be the last one o...

Re: Which bar for women?

The Core bar works wery well for smaller people because of the tiny and compact chicken loop that gives a longer efficient depower throw for short arms. It is also light weight with a thin diameter with a easy no twist to the senter lines. A great bar.

Re: Board Advice - Progression

I am 108kg and ride a Crazy Fly pro carbon 137x43 as my small board, It is wery good for big guys, one of the fastest TT's ever made, goes upwind great, carves nicely and boost really well, I love it.
CF made it unchanged for years (except grafics) so easy to get one for a good price.

Re: Beginner Board Advice: Door vs Regular Large

The 149cm SS Glides of the first years have 46cm width and wery little rocker compared to almost all other Lightwind boards, change wery small fins for bigger ones on the heelside and ride it without fins on the toeside to make it faster, you will love it. (The newer Glide is long and narrow with mo...

Re: Beginner Board Advice: Door vs Regular Large

Buy the Libre 150 x 45 you can keep it for many years to come. I still use my SS Glide 149 x 46 from 2006 in ca 40% of my sessions because of to light wind conditions. A real lightwind board with close to no rocker makes a big difference over a regular board in light wind. You will also need a small...
