A15 or Aurora II?

Hi all, I'm considering acquiring a Pansh kite for increasing my kiting days. I am hesitating between the Aurora II or the A15EM. Maybe you can help me choosing the right model. I weigh 72 kg and mainly ride a surfboard and TT, but considering an HF soon. I don't need to kite in 7 knots days. If I c...

Re: Tarifa September - kite size

Levante (E): expect winds from 20 to 50 knots.
Poniente (W): 10 to 25 knots.

Chances are 50-50

If there is a nucking Levante (+40 kt) you can drive to Caños de Meca (60 km north) or Getares (20 km east). There can be a difference of 15 knots or more.

Re: Switch Lineup

Since you mentioned the kite has been hardly used and is very new, getting replacement bladders isn't that good of a deal to me. If the kite is pretty new (less than a year), I'd want a shipping label to send the kite back for repair at no cost out of my pocket. On the few occasions I've dealt with...

Re: Strutless kite review Gong vs Cloud

Greg seems to have imposed the distributor model on himself, how nuanced . He is not going to grow his market share quickly with those prices. Totally agree. Those kites are very overpriced... 10.5 kite only $1440 Bar $450 Shiping $70 $2000 for a strutless kite and broomstick bar... But looking at ...

Re: Switch Lineup

Hi there, Here is my positive experience with Switch about a warranty issue. In a perfect world this should be a normal procedure and I wouldn't post it here, but sadly most companies forget their customers once the sale has been made. 2 months ago I ordered an Element 6. After flying it only 3 time...

Re: Question from a Noobie

Make sure you choose an all-terrain model (aka all-rounder, freeride, hibrid...). These kites are the top-sellers of any kite company and perform very well in any discipline. Since the last 5 years (or more) there have not been significant advances in kites design, performance or construction. So if...

Re: You love it - SUP and kite shop in Dusseldorf - Do not buy!

I emailed them (or him?) a couple of times asking about kite gear. I noticed very little professionalism and 0 formality.
No way I'll buy anything from them.

As far as I know, Switch uses a EU based warehouse for distribution in the EU and the prices already include VAT.
I thought the same until a few days ago I placed an order for an Element kite. It is coming from Hong Kong warehouse...

Hope that I don't have to pay any import tax...
