Nice finish, did you use some poly with some pigment? The rails look better, you should be able to go upwind in light wind with only a little spash. Excellent! Thanks for that I used some dulux "Woodsheen" - details here: http://tinyurl.com/26wmbb I explained what I was doing to the guy in the pain...

First Board - reshaped

So due to the bloated shape of my first ply board, we took the sides off it, and made them straight.

Comments on shape please? It is now 146cm x 40cm (rather than 46 cm)

Thanks

Let me know what you think, I thought it looked fine last night, but looking at the pictures it seems a bit fat in the middle. It is 146cmx46cm, and the ends taper in to about 29cm. Sh...

right now there is nothing over the vinyl, but i will seal it with acrilic varnish. The paint is basic spray paint. Is a cellulose base paint from a brand called "Pluricor". Its just about the worse paint money can buy :P but... it works ok, and with a good varnish its great. It costs about... 4$ a...

Just a quick note about my board, its nothing special really... just yellow paint and quick black vinyl. Just buy black stick on vinyl and print something of your PC, overlay the printed paper and your vinyl and cut with a x-acto knife :D Very easy really... just happens to look good i think! Cheer...
