Re: Protection for eyes?

I love my Julbo Wave sunglasses. Photochromatic (it gets darker when it's sunnier) and never gets fogged up.
Stay on even on crashes (which I'm expert with).

I was quoted R1800 (150 usd) for 4 hrs individual lesson in Langebaan, SA.
That's not bad at all.
That's what I'm looking for: ideas of countries I could visit that would be interesting to me and where the lessons are at a decent price.
Not like the Outer Banks, NC, let's say.

Cheapest country for lessons?

Hello,

When I look at the price of kite lessons, it always very expensive like 100$ an hour.
Could you recommend a country where classes are more reasonable?

All I'm saying here is that's a lot of money for me.
I like to travel but also like to take lessons to improve.

Thank you

Re: Need help understanding Kiteloops

Anyways I actually learn really well by getting the theory first then slowly trying it out on the water in a methodical fashion. My biggest problem learning form people on the water is that they struggle to communicate/verbalize what it is they are doing, comments like "I go hmmm, unnnmmm, then pus...

I have a Mystic seat harness that wedgies a lot. If i thighten the leg straps to avoid the harness going up I get blisters on m...

Re: Cayo Guillermo in Cuba

Of course! Best place is Sercotel. Or Iberostar just next door. Don't expect good food (trust me on this) and nice rooms. But the kite spot is great.

that's very outdated info (like 2008) you can kite anytime of day at the huts.
Thanks Airsurfer, that made my day!

Would you say that FH is a nice flat place to ride or it's too gusty (from what I heard)?

Re: Puerto Rico

If you stay in Luquillo or a little south of Punta Picua, is there a place to park and a public access to Punta Picua? Where would that access to the launch site be?
