Re: Buggy/car rental in Brazil

Mede, thank you very much for the info, a 4x4 is out of my budget, that Crossfox looks perfect and it would be very nice to lock gear inside the car when we are kiting!

Your photos look amazing what a trip.

Any other tips?Did you have to let the air out of the tyres much?

Cheers

Re: Buggy/car rental in Brazil

Hi, I've just booked my flight to Fortaleza for this year and am looking to hire a buggy for 2 weeks to travel up the coast! Reading this it sounds like there is a few dodgy companies out there. Does anyone have experience of http://www.cumbuco-car-rental.com/ and BRL120 a day sound right? Or can yo...

Re: Holiday in Dec or Jan - Zanzibar or Langebaan?

Hi Murvalous, I've done 3 clinics with CK performance over the years and I cannot recommend them enough. Christian and Karine are the nicest people you can hope to meet, and they know how to teach. You will learn more in 3 days with them than a year kiting off your own back, they taken me from my fi...

Re: Airrush Varial X wind ranges per size

Hi WestOzzy,

80kg, 135 twin,I know how to fly a kite.

13-20K's on the 12m

17 - low 30's on the 8m

You can set up your own steering line knots to taylor the power of the kite.

I've never been on the 10m.

Sick kites

Hugh Hefner? Everyone loves the hugh. Although his arms may come off when he loops that thing!

Nice graphics BTW.

It could be Ron Jeremy, I hear he's trying to perfect his big worm.

Re: Fuel 7mtr 2010 reviews?

Hi Chillbay, I currently own a quiver of fuel's and RPM's (12, 9 RPM and a 2012 7 meter fuel) 09/10 was on all fuels and 10/11 RPM's The fuel hasn't changed too much since the 2010 version. The reason for the fuel in my quiver is it boosts huge (you can go much higher on the fuel than RPM's) the kit...

Re: 2012 slingshot fuel

Hi, I've owned a 09, 10 and 11m 7m fuel I had the 6m for a while but is a very strange kite. The 7m is the sweetest fuel in my opinion you can get going quite early, is always very predictable in the loops and jumps huge. I could get going on the 6m in about 23k's + but I never found the top end or ...
