Israel

I'm heading to Tel Aviv soon and can only take one sized kite, what do you recon is the go? What are average wind strengths this time of year?

I weigh about 70kg, and have a grunty 10, 14, and 18, and some less grunty smaller kites.

Kitboarding in Geelong

I'm going to be in geelong for a few days next week, and was just wondering about kiting spots.

It looks like northerly winds.. so is there any where in or near Geelong good for kiting in Northerlies?

I'd love to see more riders developing indavidual style. Still doing the same tricks but making them unique and almost impossible to copy by the way they hold them selves and the tweak in the air. Less technical more personality.

I'd go WT, don't really like the FLX or any board with it's construction optimized for snowboards. Even UG recognize this with the lower price on the FLX.

So basically Concaves = slower but smoother ride? Flat= fast but less control? what about no whip and whipped jumps? If the concave has more resistance doesnt that mean harder to pop wakestyle but more grip to hold and boost big? and that flat has no resistance therefore fast and has good wakestyle...

Check out the JL bitch witch, i think it's the only wave specific twin tip, and more importantly it's nice. I think there is a production one on the way as well.

Johnathan your comparisons are a little ridiculous... we're not talking about differences in manufacturing or materials or methods or anything. Its all sewn together in the same factories by chinese peoples who get paid in a day what we spend on lunch. I have a $4,000 set of speakers that are made ...
