Sumpamda You're going to have to go with a custom board to get the strength you require. Ask for Corecell A-600 19mm (7.3 lb density) core (no other foam is as strong). Layup like this... Bottom: 3 layers of 6 oz glass + 1 layer of 4 oz on the bottom, Deck: 3 layers of 6 oz deck + 30" patch of 6 oz ...

.... and buy handshaped ones, and not "cheap ass" production boards. Well said! It's all about customer service. I just can't understand why production companies are so stingy with their warranties. Their boards cost very little to produce and the goodwill that goes along with replacing one is well...
