Hello, this common behaviour is due to not enough deep on the airfoil, you can lenghten C adjuster (this will also lenghten a little B), it's the easiest and surely your solution

ok, that's what I had in memories... and what differences did you noticed before these "bridges" and after please ? On my carbon tube kite, I had to choose a less deep profile to avoid deformations in high winds... and the kite was very fast with thinner profile, probably what you've experimented on...
