Re: Eleveight RS: My Review

I've known Lindsey for a (very) long time & he's a straight up guy and a great kiter. He's a guy you WANT trying your gear and giving feedback- seriously. With regard to Eleveight, it seems the US dealer and rider network is staying in tact and that's all I care about when it comes to buying gear- s...

Re: Core Kite Skim?

I've been intentionally abusing this Vision prototype for about 5 years now and it's indestructable as far as I can tell. Honeycomb pastic core with carbon overlay by Buddha Bonifay in Daytona Beach, Florida. He's still making boards so let me know if you want his info. -K4L http://i302.photobucket.c...

Re: The Video Topic - post all videos here

Fun little video from a Litewave Kiteboards demo in St. Pete, Florida last week. Litewave Dave is a regular visitor here in Fla. and always a blast to hang out with! Sorry no highly polished video, rap, techno, or hot chicks in this one- just some locals having fun on the water.... Enjoy! Litewave s...

Re: Trainer said no more lessons, just buy

To put my post in context, you'd have to read the recent Epic thread first. Pull Strings got worked so hard he had to post his garbage in a completely different thread and (once again) try to ruin some good reading for everyone on a beginner's learning experience. He's the type to prey on newbies to...

Re: Trainer said no more lessons, just buy

No, I've actually been here the whole time. I'm not a dangerous kook on the water, but hands down the most dangerous kook on the forum. This forum. Any forum. :shout:....... EVER You have my 1000% ego-back guarantee that industry experts would (unanimously) agree. (How 'bout it Ricki?) Name...

Re: Epic Renegade Infinity anyone?

Pull Strings you're a punk and always have been on here. That's my observations as a forum user since 2003, and you do it all the time. Dimitri is a good guy and living the dream with his family. Seeing you hate on him for no reason displays your misery with your own life. You have zero problem atta...

Re: Trainer said no more lessons, just buy

IMO, you answered a lot of your own questions, and Let's Fly A Kite was right on with his post. Get more lessons, and make sure you know this stuff before you get hurt or killed. Not knowing self rescue can drown you, and you shouldn't even be trying water starts without having practiced it.. You al...

Re: Advice for board-offs

Seat harness works fine for board offs Try bringing the board to your hand quickly on the way up Lay out fully at the peak of the jump And land it. If you have time, land it toeside, it feels awesome! My board spins start with a grab on the heelside fin, spin it, and catch the handle. My problem is ...
