Any body at all kite on the El Salvador coast?

Looking to find out if the wind picks up on the coast in afternoons in El Libertad early December for some good wave riding? Any info would be great.

My wife and I are going to both Prea (Rancho do Peixe) and Jeri (Vila Kalongo) which are sister hotels. We are slated for 2 days in Prea and 4 days in Jeri. We really like qwaves and am wondering if we should just stay in Prea and go to Jeri for partying etc. or maybe flip it and stay in Prea 4 days...
