Mostly wakestyle really. I think you've confirmed my suspicions and I'll keep looking for a 9m 06 Vegas to go with my 12 and 16, as I like the consistent power and bar pressure etc. (I've seen a 9m 06 Rhino which is also a possibility if I can't locate a Vegas)

Thanks again.

North Sizes - Vegas 06 and Vegas/Rebel O7

Hi Guys, I'm currently riding North Vegas kites from '06, and have a 16m and 12m. I want one smaller kite and am considering either Vegas 06 or 07, or even a Rebel 07. Could anyone tell me what size I should go for, as I've heard the Rebel has good low end? I'm considering the following sizes: Vegas...

Hi Andy, how's it going? I've had a recurring knee dislocation caused by a slippery miniscus (knee cartilage). Luckily I haven't done it on the water yet, but it hurts when it happens and sometimes won't go back into place for some time. I've been given excercises to slowly strengthen the muscles ar...

STF. Hopefully this might explain your problems better... When you pull the bar in, or unhook (same thing), you're back lines are probably tight or shorter than the front lines. This will take the kite past it's maximum power and make it stall and fall out of the sky. Basically, try it again but mak...

In reply to STF, you obviously have too much tension on the back lines (therefore when you pull in the bar you oversheet and take it past it's maximum power point and it will drop backwards). I think the main problem with this kite is that people expected a lot of it, and try to compare it to the Rh...

Hi guys, As this kite flies off the front lines, the back lines should be slightly slack when flying. At max power the front and back lines should be equal (basically with no inward flair on the tips of the kite). One benefit of this is less bar pressure needed when flying the kite. I've had a 12m a...
