Thanks everyone.

I have bought some land on Waneta Lake between Keuka and Seneca lakes so the sites on Seneca sound like the everyday spots with daytrips to Rochester and Buffalo.

Lokk forward to hookingup with somw e of the locals there.

cheers

Kiteboarding the Fingerlakes NY

Hi Folks. I will be relocating to Upstate New York in the spring and was wondering about kiteboarding on the Fingerlakes. I know there are people riding on Loke Ontario but have not heard of much happening on the smaller lakes. Is there an access issue or are the conditions unfavorable. Any info wou...

Hey Avery. There does not seem to be much going on on St John as regards kiting. I will be moving there on a permanent basis on Tuesday so depending on when you are planning your trip, I might be able to give you some info. Definately no shops or lessons though. I plan to do a lot of exploring! Chee...

Try one of those vacuum sealers for keeping food fresh. I did a bladder about 2 years ago like that and it is still going strong.

X-Shooter 128 - 2006

Hi Folks. Here are my first impressions on my new X-Shooter 128 which arrived yesterday. The finish and workmanship on the board is top notch. I had originally ordered the XMS off the website. The board took forever to arrive and Toby told me that they were making changes for the 2006 model and that...

Montego Bay next week?

Hi Folks. I will be in Montego Bay next week from Monday to Wednesday, with very little to do and was wondering if I should bring some gear. I have checked out windfinder.com and it looks like 14-15 knots some of the time. Do any locals have a better idea of forecasts for the first part of next week...

John.

I have not had lessons with them but in all other areas, their service is exceptional. Try http://www.oceanextremesports.com ( Extreme Kites ) in St Augustine, Fl. I believe that is pretty close to you. Daryl or Pat will hook you up.

Cheers
