Re: "Club under 21" or about the "stimulating Slow Style"

Some of the most "skill fun" we ever have had is TRYING to go as slow as possible while still keeping board off H20! And ultra slow fully flying jibes and stance changes can sure make for a fun session. I swear on my 900 cm2 F wing I can do all of the above at less than walking speed and even slower...

Re: North rebels

Love my 2010 9m2 Rebel on 33m lines, fucking one pump system replaced and wide 60cm bar for KBHFing in about 12 knots. I have a strong feeling that almost any kite within reason will work for power for KBHFing albeit of course some are better or worse. Kinda same for many sports, much more the human...

Re: Self-Rescue: The big problem with Ram airs

Ram airs are inferior compared to inflatables. Pumpy .......... :pump: Yep, and that`s why none of the KiteBoardHydroFoil racers use them, and more and more buggy, snow, and mountain board guys as well. F U P M U! R H Just to point out buggy racers only use foil kites. Open and closed cell. In raci...

Re: teaching absolute newbie

Thank you SO very much for posting these latest BRM vids, has made my day! :thumb: :D :cool2: How cool to have a dad, uncle, other ? and an environment like that! Interesting to note that it looks like the "funny" foil STRUT with stringy wings is not flown in the later vids, MHL lift? See at 54 sec...

Re: Front Wing design and build1

Me also sorry for F wing, I mean front wing. Now I know what "bog" is though never seen it here but will find or mix myself. We have made many F and B wings over the years and now are finding more surface area and thinner flies great. I have one that was flown last summer and is well liked so I want...

Re: Foilmount

Sure seems like a great idea to use a STRUT ,T bar leash and bright colored also, hunter orange and signal yellow work well. Personal experience, know of a few lost forever even after scuba search, expensive carbon T bars, some failed at board and some at fuse. Maybe a float test before as most do n...

Re: Front Wing design and build1

Thanx for your quick reply. I want to reproduce a wing that I already made by painstakenly shaping the bottom as my male mold has a flat cord top. I do almost exactly inverse as your plug build by using external thin plastic profile templates to shape layed up parts, to much work! I am quite sure th...
