Can be done at a reasonable cost. Sofitel resort / Hotel was $160 a night. Supermarkets etc had reasonable/ comparable prices (Milk, cereal, bread, cheese - same price, but good stuff) Hired a car from Hertz, $80 a day (hire it on Friday arvo for 24 hrs, they will ask you to leave the keys in a lett...

I had a 2011 Cab Custom, just didn't work for me. I think the Hadlow's continuos outside rocker, with 3 stage centre rocker makes it unique (thus creating a concaved mid section).

Kiting spots + hire options? Lifou/ Noumea / Villa / Fiji

Going on a cruise mid January, not that keen to lug the gear along. Wondering if anyone has found a reasonable place to hire gear / sweet talk a local in any of the locations? Took my own gear to Noumea a couple of years back (so I know it's a great spot, but I would guess hiring would be expensive)...

Good point. So what board out there has a double concave to quad chanel, with a kite friendly rocker..even better if its got a grind base??

Got a decent board with a fair bit of flex for the sloppy days, just want a dedicated wakestyle board for the better days. But don't want a super stiff board,as there is always a small amount of chop. Hadlow seems to be on the money (but you cant get them). So what's the closest? (flex pattern+botto...

I thought the Hadlow still had a little bit of flex, ie a little bit more than a Cab Custom? How does the DLX compare? seen these going at good prices.
