i have been riding vegas for say 2, 3 years . its a good kite for sure, i think its cheaper than the torch ? (notsure) but vegas does have a BIG problem: Valvs , i think its something with north that all the valvs suck i have to replace them almost every 9 months or soo. spending mony on valvs or gu...

fresh and salt water, really really good board
its different of what i usually ride but i got stoked with the board within a minute of riding
and its good in light wind too

you should be able to kite there, i ve found good wind, ive been out on my 12 and 14overpower

no need to go anywhere else but nuevo altata is SIIICK and a little windier.

have a good one i love kiting in mazatlan and altata

currently riding one, its a good kite
good looping,super good unhooking and a little less hang time than the 08 but its allright
when u depower the kite it works a little different and you have to get used to it.
im 80kilos and ive been out in 22knots no problem.
