Re: F-One 2014?

Dose anyone tried the kite already and can compare it to the bandit 6 in wind range, upwind ability and jumps? I read the magazines reviews but i prefer to read riders opinions. I spent a few hours on the new 9m, Bandit 7. I really like the kite. It feels very similar to the Bandit 6(good thing), b...

Re: F-One 2014?

For the new kites, I haven't flown them yet, so can't comment. I just hope they aren't too different than the Bandit 6... that is such a sweet kite. I did get a chance to ride the new HRD Trax Carbon twin tip. I've been kiting a little over 12 years, and mainly ride surf boards these days. I'll pull...

Re: F-One 2014?

I can't read French either, but the stuff looks good. I was really hoping they weren't going to change the Bandit that much this year. The Bandit 6 is an awesome kite. If it works, don't try to fix it!

Re: Lib Tech Waterboards

I spent a few hours on the 5'4 Ramp. I bought the board for my light wind board, for those 13-18mph days that we get here in Florida. With this board and a 12m, it is plenty to get me going. It is really fast, and chop hops like a champ. It also feels really good in choppy conditions, and isn't too ...

Re: Do I want a North Nugget?

Here is a short video from this past weekend, mainly riding the Nugget. Nothing exciting, but hopefully it shows how the board rides... It was really light winds out there, and small surf. I had a blast on the board. For me, these are the conditions I think the board is the best for(or a similar sty...

Re: Do I want a North Nugget?

kitenb, awesome video and good riding! Could you briefly sum up the qualities of Nugget, Skater and Cypher ie. the early planing ability, turning, board speed etc. That would help us a lot! And also the sizes of Skater and Cyhpher please. I think you are the only lucky one managed to ride all those...

Re: Do I want a North Nugget?

I had a chance to ride the 2013 Ozone Reos this week, along with the new Nugget, Skater, Trespass, Compact, and Cypher. Thanks to my local kite shop for hooking me up with some of these demos. It was typical Florida conditions...Tiny waves(if you want to call them waves), and a variety of winds. The...

Re: Blade's 5th Gen Trigger - A brand new profile shape

I had a chance to ride the 7m and 9m 2013 Triggers a few days ago. I've been riding the 2012 Triggers, and really like them a lot. These 2013 kites are very refined and have a very direct feeling. Seem like they have a bit more grunt per size, compared to the 2012's. I think the 2012's may be a bit ...
