Lost: White F-One Trax Board - Kite Point OBX

My friend was kiting Fri 9/23 at Kite Point with locals Art, Harold and Sandy. We believe he left it on the beach when he took off. Unfortunately we don't know how to get in touch with Art or Harold and Sandy to see if they grabbed it. Any leads are much appreciated. email: dr.phatty@gmail.com or ca...

Re: Serious Q: Do you wear your wedding ring out kiting???

I started taking mine off after reading a similar thread here.
One time I forgot and I almost lost it, nevermind the slight danger associated with it.
So I took it off in March, and there it sits in my ashtray since then.
I don't miss it. :thumb:

Re: 2009 f-one 5''6"signature surfboard

Thanks for this review Franky. I ride TTs, but I am looking at this board for my first directional. Whats your (or anyone else's) opinions on the right size. 5'6" 5'8" or 5'10" I'm 6'0" 185-190. I plan to try and ride it strapless at first and then figure out whether and where to mount the straps. ~...

Hope they keep the CL large. A swivel (one that actually works) might be nice. Love my Havocs!

Re: Snow Kiting Washington D.C. Monument

question: do you DC kiters kite-land-board over there? Landboarding happens there with some regularity. Park Police do occasionally give the boot, but as Geeoff18 noted, sometimes they just watch. There are other less conspicuous spots in the area, but you can't beat the Washington Monument for a s...

Re: Are rings a danger when handle passing?

Never thought of the danger aspect, but I almost lost my wedding ring once. I looked down and it was dangling off the last digit. :o
I keep mine in the zip pocket of my board shorts.
