+ use a dull knife to scrape away the old residue, then solvent, then sand. Wait for both deck cc and pad cc to become sticky before squishing:)
If you can grab one before you unhook because of kite down in damaging surf , I think it could save a blowout to a kite flagged on two front lines and keep you from being dragged as far..."oh, shit"
Ps: riding fast downwind toe side and crushing a wall of wave is the best. Riding upwind toe side is painful and the only bonus is you can get out quicker if you are going to be smashed:)
