Yes. It says "kaitoboodo" which is kiteboard phonetically in Japanese. Grigor and I have both given you the version with -ing on the end but that would make the text too small :D If you were feeling silly you could do: KAITO! カイトボーディング or if you're riding a directional: カイトサーフィン "kiteboard" is fine though. Snowboarding usually gets abbreviated to "sunobo" around here. I could probably speculate about what's wrong with these Oceans for a lot longer - starting with the fact that their choice of raw materials is sort of odd - I'd have used something less brittle for plastics. But if I was looking for something really inexpensive, I'd probably start with a motorbike...
