Hello I live in Buena vista and kite independence a lot, but you need a sled to get there this time of year. ozone access pulley replacement?

I have a 2008 ozone access, there is a short line conecting the pulley to the bridle lines, it is starting to wear and I would like to replace it. I tried everything I could think of and couldnt get the pulley and line off, it wouldnt fit through the eyelets on the bridles. It seems something was so...
