Replacement Bladder for 2016 BWS TDZ

I've got an old Ben Wilson Surf kite that I slammed pretty hard while out on the water today. The front bladder is leaking now. Anybody know where I could find a replacement bladder that would be the same size? It's a 10m kite.

Re: Kahului, Maui kite trip

Can't speak from experience in the fall. I was out there in August and loved the place. Conditions reminded me of a less crowded Cabarete. There's giant green sea turtles that feed on the rocks and occasionally pop up for air from time to time. The wind was cranking the whole week I was there, there...

Re: Los Roques y Isla Coche

I'd heard you can gain entry to the islands via Aruba without having to go through the mainland, but I don't know if that's still the case. I've always heard it wasn't a safe place for anyone who didn't look local but I've just been especially curious as to whether or not the Kite VZLA page is brill...

Los Roques y Isla Coche

So I can't help but notice that Instagram would have you believe these places are kitesurfing Shangri La's filled with perfect flatwater conditions and super-model-looking kitesurfitas wandering about the place. That seems to pretty starkly contrast what it's like in the rest of Venezuela. Anybody h...

Re: New arguments for the old discussion “Straps vs Strapless”

Could always try doing half-straps, so you can get out of them more easily. Like the guys who invented Freebords did.

Re: Best Kites For Depower

Thanks for your input everyone. I actually managed to score a deal on a pre-owned 2016 BWS TDZ, so I went ahead and bought that. Zerogee, I actually looked at the Core Sections. They got some really great reviews on other forums and web pages, but the cost of ownership for the Section was prohibitiv...

Best Kites For Depower

Hey everyone, I haven't kited in years and am trying to get back into it since moving cross-country. The NH Seacoast and Southern Maine are my new home beaches and I'm looking to get into strapless waveriding as my main style these days (getting too old to be pulling stunts on twin-tips). I've got s...

Re: RE: Kitech foil kites

Hi Everyone! My name is Attila, I am the Head Designer and CEO of Kitech. I would like to add a few things to the discussion. Kitech kites are designed and produced in Europe. During the last twelve years the brand have become popular and well respected. We began to produce the first kites in 2002 ...

Re: flexifoil Hadlow ID

I've got a quiver of these. I like them, they're well constructed and fly well enough. My one gripe, aside from the bar grip (which, as somebody already said, shred your hands) is the relaunch. I've had my kites flip over backwards and invert the lines on me a couple of times. Pretty annoying. I kno...

Re: light wind board for big guy

Do yourself a favor and just get a custom made board. There are some really talented board makers out there who can make you a normally sized board that will allow you to kite with the smaller guys out there. Nomad Kiteboards, out of Tarifa, built a good friend of mine who was 130kg a board that let...
