Re: My first board - (FNB 132x39)

Your board looks awesome! Did you try to copy any commercial board, or is it totally your design? How much does it weigh? How are the flex characteristics? How long are the carbon stiffener rods? What is the rail shape? You like riding with small fins. Ed Thanks ed257. I tried to copy only the outl...

Re: My second board (FNB - 136x36)

Thanks Ice1969. I started just reading the forums, but I have already built a windsurf board that gave me some background. Sorry, I don't have another photo of the rocker table now. But you can see it in the forth picture.

Yes, there is a 3mm concave and it has been generated from the rocker table. I made the rocker table with screws that give it an adjustable characteristic allowing me to choose the concave I want.

Re: My second board (FNB - 136x36)

The core is Divinycell H80, reinforcements are two cylindrical carbon bars, and the fins are of polyester resin made in a mold. The paint job was done in the end with spray paint.

My second board (FNB - 136x36)

This is my second board. It was made for a friend who liked my first one (viewtopic.php?f=107&t=2356720). The shape was his idea and was based on F-ONE SK8. I made the fins too.

Re: My fist board - (FNB 132x39)

That is one nice looking board. Any idea what it cost you to build it? Did you used a vacuum table? Thanks frankm1960. It cost me about U$180,00. It’s only material cost. Yes, I used a vacuum table. But the cost doesn’t include the table, the compressor and the vacuum pump. The table cost U$50,00, ...
