The shape is remeniscent of the Banshee Stunt kite which was the platform for Cory Roesler's Kite Ski back in the day. I don't see anything innovative about this design other than it looks more and more like that stunt kite. Not to be overly critical but to invert the wings outward bleeds off power....

I heard Flash is doing fine in Maui as a Mountain Bike Guide and still kites there and still uses Wind Wing kites. Lou Wainman is also still there throwing his two line kite in the air on 10 meter lines. Some friends of mine just got back from Maui.

I ride both and I'm always overpowered. I have 3 boards 125, 139, and 179. I weight well over 100kg. Thy both pull like trucks but I still love them. I'm usually riding when nobody else is.
