Hein. You are a pimpster supreme!! I love the way you hi-jack a thread and turn it into one of your personal, and not too humble board promotional speels.. Come on, there are probably 100's of "out of this world" kiteboards on the market, I doubt yours is the only option in that regard?? Granted, yo...

Saw a guy at my local beach split 2 Waroo leading edge casings wide open. Best promptly replaced the kites, but I don't think that's the point here.. They were new kites, the guy is an excellent rider and they failed... To me that's relevant and this post is not intended as bashing.. I hate to see t...

I'm shaping a kite-surfboard built with what I'd call a true triple/venturi style of concave, a shape which I built, and many others have built years ago.... Picture three separate concaves, like a Jimmy Lewis dominatrix bottom but the chines are not flat, they are tapered mini concaves. ..The whole...

Re: What makes a board fast?

Then you need a biggish board if its a long race, if its shorter you can risk a shorter board but if there are lulls you will bog down ...

Patented Side cut spine (between rail panel and concave) gives benefits of a side cut outline without the negatives and provides logical arc for board to follow when carving a turn. Does that help? -Hein Patented huh?? describes the Jimmy Lewis Dominatrix rail panels to a "T.".. Ever heard of that ...

I've got an 8.4 in the basement, needs a small repair in the canopy. It's funny, looking back, this kite had a lot of the attributes that are over-hyped now in the bow design , fast, highly depowerable , great range and excellent upwind ability!! The only real downside was a touch less grunt and the...

They are 1/4" x 20 stainless steel 4 pronged T-nuts with a 3/8" barrel length,, ask for these and you'll get the right inserts f...
