How many boards

Is it possible to get a single board for winging, foil surfing, and possibly foil kiteboarding? If not maybe 2 of these disciplines - thanks

Re: Push the limits

Yeah I'm going to get 2 kites - 1 for variable gusty winds (can sit at 0 for 10-15min) then punch up to 15 and I believe I need a LEI for that. The second will be a steady solid wind, and I will get a peak for those winds. Ready to purchase a (for variable winds): 2020 Naish Boxer or Core Xlite Any ...

Re: Push the limits

I love the suggestion of a peak for more stable winds. Though, based on feedback, I'm between a naish boxer 2020 and Core Xlite both 9m. Again, I think if I was to say the most important feature would be water relaunchability. My thinking is that if you can't get it in the air, the other stuff does ...

Re: Push the limts

I can definitely accept that the winds might be 8-10 knots. But some times it drops to 0 for great lengths of time - say 1/2 hour. I just sit and wait patiently and enjoy being in the water. I worry that a foil kite or a single skin will not make that down time. That being said, I'm going to buy a p...

Push the limits

Hi. Well here is the good news, I got permission from management (my wife) to replace my beat up Naish boxers. The kite I use the most foiling is a 2017 9m. I really enjoy pushing the limits of riding and often go in 5-8knots of gusty nasty inland winds. Obviously sometimes this does not work out we...

iPhone Session Mapping App

I have seen some photos on this site of people's sessions mapped on a satellite image. I would like to use an iphone to do this - any suggestions. Thanks

Stripped Screws for foot straps - Slingshot Alien Air

I have Slingshot Alien Air board with slingshot half straps. I just noticed the other day that the screws were loose and tried to tighten but then discovered that the screw holes were stripped. Has anyone else dealt with this -and how do I fix

Re: carbon vs Alu mast

OK - So I have a Slighshot hoverglide with h2 wing. I think I'm going to settle on a 30"mast. What other aluminum setups would be lighter - Im rough on gear and not sure a carbon fiber would last long.
